Be unused and unwashed
Be returned in its original packaging
Include all tags, accessories, and inserts
Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect colour expectations due to screen differences
Products showing signs of use
Items damaged after delivery

4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:

If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, our team will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
